Hey! I'm Stephanie aka StephToIt. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping people to strengthen their relationship with exercise, take control of their health and wellbeing and live life in abundance!

I've worked with people from all walks of life and have found that practice without the knowledge to go with it, hardly ever results in long term healthy changes, so I work to give you the practical guidance through work out videos and challenges, as well as the more in-depth information you need to make informed choices about your health and fitness.

Goal Getter is a fun filled, information packed fitness experience, that requires you to be proactive as you take on this journey to better health and wellbeing with me.

  • Who is this course for?

    This course is for anyone at any fitness level, wanting to; Improve their health and fitness knowledge, build up a more consistent and effective fitness routine and/or learn new ways to stay fit outside of a gym environment .

  • Will I need lots of equipment?

    No! If you have fitness equipment at home... great! But a big (and fun) part of this course is perfecting the art of fitness improvisation, and there'll be loads of fun ways to do so.

  • What if I can't keep up!

    Once you've purchased the course or your monthly subscription you'll have unlimited access to the course. You can go over a lesson as many times as you need to, take it at your own pace... technique over timing all day!
